Transfer or resell your ticket safely
Open My tickets, choose a ticket, then select Transfer or Resell. Sellenda disables the old code before issuing a new one.
Transfers are free
Add the recipient’s name and email. They receive secure access to a new ticket. A transferred ticket cannot be used by the previous holder.
Official resale uses the buyer queue
Your ticket is listed at its original price and offered automatically to the next matching buyer. Buyers receive a normal Sellenda ticket and do not need to coordinate with you.
Fees and payout
The seller pays a 5% Sellenda resale fee, with a ₦100 minimum and ₦2,000 cap, plus the payment provider’s final processing fee. Your estimate appears before you list. Paystack or Flutterwave normally sends payout on the next business day after the resale succeeds.
Important terms
- The organizer can turn transfers or resale off.
- Only unused individual tickets are eligible.
- Actions close before the event based on the organizer’s cutoff.
- Bank details are verified by Paystack. Sellenda stores the subaccount reference and masked account details.
- You can cancel a queued resale before a buyer starts payment. We issue another new ticket code.
