Necessary technology

Necessary cookies and local storage support login, security, checkout, load balancing, saved preferences, and privacy choices. They do not require optional consent because Sellenda cannot provide the requested service reliably without them.

• Authentication and session records: session or up to 1 year.
• Checkout and fraud-prevention records from Sellenda, Paystack, or Flutterwave: session or the period needed to complete and secure payment.
• sellenda_privacy_consent_v1: stores analytics and replay choices until replaced or cleared.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics measures page visits, referring sources, device details, and use of Sellenda features. It loads only after you allow Analytics. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled in our implementation.

• Provider: Google LLC.
• Category: Analytics.
• Typical identifiers: _ga and related GA4 property cookies.
• Typical duration: _ga up to 2 years. User-level Analytics data is retained no longer than 14 months.
• Data may be processed outside Nigeria under Google’s contractual safeguards.

Sentry diagnostics and Session Replay

Sentry receives basic error and performance events so we can keep Sellenda reliable. We treat basic error reporting as necessary for security and service operation and configure it not to send default personal identifiers.

Sentry Session Replay is optional. It starts only after you allow Session Replay. Text is masked and media is blocked, but replay can still show page structure, clicks, navigation, and technical context around a problem.

• Replay storage: no longer than 90 days.
• No advertising use by Sellenda.

Your choices

On first visit you can accept optional technology, reject it, or choose categories. Rejecting optional technology does not block ticket browsing, checkout, or account access. You can change your choice at any time. Clearing browser storage may cause the banner to appear again.

• Browser controls can delete or block cookies.
• Blocking necessary storage may stop login, checkout, or security features from working.
• A new consent request may appear when categories or purposes materially change.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when providers, storage, purposes, or retention periods change. Material changes may cause us to ask for a fresh choice.
